Are you a local? Wouldn't it be cool if you were following local informers and friends who would Tweet when there was a traffic jam on Hwy. 70, or when gas prices were going up on the east end of town (soon to be followed by the rest). I'd love to get Tweets on a Friday night about what bands are playing where. I'd also like to keep track of hot deals, pending offers and other news in the real estate world.
